Ah! It's been a busy spring for me and now, I have some time to renew my page. I work as a long- haul truck driver, indulging my love of visiting the many beautiful areas around the continental U.S. during the constantly changing seasons. As an amatuer photographer, I hope to rotate some of my favorite photos taken over-the-road here, in this space. For now, I'm enjoying the relaxation of a coast to coast run, open highway, no daily schedule. Next stop, Deland, Florida! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Recently I had the pleasure of taking a 3 week vacation and traveling to Ireland. The place is all that people say it is! The landscape is gorgeous, and the Irish are more welcoming and warm than I could have ever dreamed possible. I hope to return next year to research family history - my maternal grandfather's family is from Tipperary, and my maternal grandmother's clan from County Galway. I'll soon scan some pictures taken during my St. Pat's Day tour. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
While the above show places I've been, I'll share | photos here that show WHO I have been! I've kind of lived every little boy's dream : I've been a cop, a fireman, worked constuction, and now drive a big 18-wheeler. I'm a proud alumni of Florida State University (GO NOLES!!!), and have spent time living in places as varied as L.A. and Mogadishu, Somalia. At 39, I'm single, and though loving the life on the road, I welcome the chance to meet someone who may inspire me to settle down! First up . . . "he was such a 'nice' boy"!
